Covid 19 - Working Safely

We would like to reassure customers that we are working safely during the COVID 19 pandemic and test the workers temperature every morning before they set off to work to ensure that they are all well and all employees have access to hand sanitizer throughout the day.

Health and safety is a critical and often undervalued aspect of our industry, at Equip we take safety extremely seriously with extensive knowledge on our team and comprehensive training and certification across our workforce.

Established by a management team that has worked teaching scaffolding safety with the CITB, and covered safety in the oil industry, we set up Equip Scaffolding to really excel in training and safety standards.

Providing our team with fully accredited CITB programs in scaffolding, confined spaces and asbestos awareness, we also run an apprenticeship scheme and ensure full registration with industry standards like CSCS and CISRS. Further overseen by a dedicated specialist safety advisor, all of our sites meet outstanding safety standards.

Beyond their essential training in all aspects of site and scaffolding specific health and safety, every member of our team is fully equipped with PPE on site including;

Beyond the individual team members and management team, our company is fully insured including work at up to 45 metres, and we supply detailed risk assessments, method statements, hand over certificates and scaff tags whenever required by the project or legislation.

Every scaffold we erect is subject to a detailed inspection by qualified members of the management team and we can offer advice and consultation on associated safety and specialist needs in bespoke situations.

Equip Scaffolding has now achieved an Acclaim Certificate of Health & Safety Accreditation for a Contractor with 5 or more employees and Construction Line Gold Membership.
